At Naked Tomato Catering we strive to make sure all your catering needs are met. We want you to be able to enjoy the food and service as much as we enjoy providing them. Whether you have an unlimited budget or if you need to make every dollar count we will work with you to make your event the best it can possibly be.
A lot of catering services offer set menu selections for you to choose from. Although this is quick, efficient, and profitable for the catering company most of the time you are stuck with something you are not completely satisfied with. What we do is provide you with a list of items you can choose from or you can let us know what you want. If there is a special dish you would like to have we will do our best to provide it. We don't want to limit your meal choices. That being said there are still some items that may not be available either because they are out of season or because we simply can't get certain things. Also if there is an item we feel we can not prepare well enough to satisfy you we will let you know. We want you to have food you will enjoy. To see the list of some of our menu options click here.
Serving of meals can be as simple as just dropping off the prepared food in disposable containers or as elegant as a plated dinner service. Buffet style dinners seem to be the most popular due to their cost effectiveness and convenience.
We can also provide a wide range of rental items such as complete table settings, table linens, glassware, and punch bowls to name a few. Just let us know what you are interested in. If we can provide it we will.
Along with the food and rentals we make sure there is adequate serving staff to meet the needs of your event. Our staff will always look and act with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
There are also a few things that we do at no extra charge. Cutting your cake is always free. If you opt for disposable flatware, plates, and cups those are also free. We only use high quality disposables so don't worry. After all we want you to eat the food not wear it. Basic bread rolls and butter are included where applicable. And we will help with the opening of your wine or Champagne.
Lastly, there are a few things we do not do. We do not provide any alcoholic beverages or offer any bartending services beyond the opening of wine and Champagne that you provide. We also do not serve any foods not prepared by us.
